DISCOVERY: Situational analysis and co-learning with University of San Agustin's faculty, students and partners at different governance levels on the eight advocacies of USARDFI: Research & Development, Infrastructure Development, Sports & Youth Development, Culture & Arts, Protection of Environment.

DREAM: Envisioning a USARDFI that is responsive to its eight advocacies and aligned to the Augustinian Mission and Vision.

DESIGN: Co-construct that strategic plan and financial management of USARDFI together with the Board of Trustees.

DELIVERY: Board of Trustees of USARDFI, to enact policies that will institutionalize, strenghten and ensure financial sustainability to implement the eight advocacies.
